On 22 April, the exhibition *Southern Renaissance: The Library of Andrea Matteo III Acquaviva* was inaugurated at the Girolamini Monumental Complex and Library in Naples; it will remain open to the public until 19 July 2026. 

Two years after the reopening of the Church-Museum, following a long period of closure, the exhibition marks an important moment of giving back to the city and the academic community. The exhibition itinerary is designed as an immersive experience that guides visitors through the much-anticipated historic rooms of the Library.

Thanks to numerous loans, alongside the original collection of illuminated manuscripts that belonged to Andrea Matteo III Acquaviva - held at the Girolamini Library since the first half of the 18th century - the exhibition reconstructs a selection of the Duke's extraordinary book collection. An emblematic figure of the 'prince-scholar' of the Southern Renaissance, Acquaviva embodies a model of refined patronage and humanist culture.

Gruppofallani created the display cases for the exhibition, in collaboration with Studio Kaos Produzioni Srl of Milan, which oversaw the design and production of the splendid multimedia show.
