PROJECT BY
Studio MOMU Mostre&Musei Bergamo- Arch. Marco Poli: Set up, Arch. Giulio Zaccarelli: artefacts supports, Arch. Andrea Zaccarelli: graphic layout
DATE
settembre 2019
Launched by Maria Theresa of Austria in the second half of the Eighteen Century and directed for almost thirty years by the great scientist Lazzaro Spallanzani, the Museum has one of the oldest zoological collections in the world, with many important pieces.
Gruppofallani took care of the entire lighting system of the rooms, both the ambience lighting and the showcases internal lights. Very particular showcases were realised, with innovative opening systems. Some rooms host actual showcase-rooms, with extremely large transparent surfaces, completely hermetic, to answer the curators' conservation requirements. Every artefacts support was made from a specific design, for the graphic layout we used direct serigraphy on the walls and decoration of the walls.
