The operation involved the substitution of the whole glazed part of the two big showcases. It was a 8x2 meters glass, designed by architect Franco Albini during the 80s. The previous glasses were removed, and they were replaced with high quality extra-clear crystals. An additional gasket system was applied to guarantee a perfect hermetical seal.
