On the path towards Gender Equality Certification,
Gruppofallani has adopted the following policy:
GENDER EQUALITY POLICY
We invest in every employee because we consider them to be the
creators of our success.
We consider the people who collaborate with us to be our
greatest asset.
We believe that in order to guarantee a high level of the
services we offer, we need a continuous and constant investment in
training ourselves, as well as a meritocratic system that
stimulates and rewards those who give the best of themselves.
Starting from this fundamental value of its policy,
Gruppofallani is committed to creating a work environment in which
each person feels respected and valued in his or her identity,
where gender equality is pursued and female empowerment is
supported.
Gruppofallani promotes behaviour and language that can
guarantee an inclusive environment, open to the expressions of all
and to the appreciation of diversity. Gruppofallani manages the
life cycle of people in the company under the banner of meritocracy
and substantial equality in work regardless of gender,
guaranteeing
gender neutrality, in selection and role allocation
activities, equal participation in training courses, equal access
to career paths, objective assessment of work performance based on
skills, pay equity, work-life balance, recognising in the family
responsibilities of its employees a source of wealth for the
company rather than a limitation,
the culture of gender-independent parenting where parental
leave can be taken by all.
In marketing and communication activities as well as in public
events, Gruppofallani's intervention must always be professional
and engaging, paying the utmost attention so that gender
stereotypes for thematic competences are avoided and women's
contribution in the world of work is promoted.
To this end, aware of the importance of acting on its internal
culture, Gruppofallani adopts appropriate information and
awareness-raising measures for all personnel to promote inclusion
and to remove stereotypes, discrimination and all forms of physical
and verbal abuse.
Gruppofallani establishes appropriate channels of
communication so that situations that are not in line with these
company principles can be reported.
Gruppofallani has decided to adopt a Gender Equality
Management System (SGPG) that complies with UNI/PdR125:2022
